Returns & Exchanges

If you are not fully satisfied with your Sokoloff Lingerie purchase, it will be a pleasure for us to exchange or refund it as smoothly as possible!

Obviously, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with the tag on. It must be returned to us within 14 days after delivery.

These items are exempted from exchange/returns:

  • 50-70% Sale Items


Exchanges
Not exactly the right size? No problem! If you need to exchange your product for the same item of a different size simply send us an email at support@sokolofflingerie.com and send your item to: 8020, 17e avenue, Montréal, Qc, H1Z 3R3.

Please note that 50%-70% reduced items are finale sale, and no exchange will be allowed.


Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If the product is still in its original condition, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
50%-70% reduced items are finale sales, and no exhange will be allowed. Other product may be exchanged.


Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to:

Don't forget to add a little note with your name, # order, and mentioning the purpose of the return (exchange or refund).


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
In case of an exchange, we will ship your new item to you for free.
In case of a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service so you can be sure that we will receive your returned item.

 

Defective item
We take good care of looking at every item that we ship to our customers. However, if one of our products happens to be defective or broken upon reception, please contact us as soon as possible to fully understand our return and exchange procedure. The exchange procedure must be made within 14 days upon reception of your package.

Once we receive the product, we will proceed the exchange as quickly as we can without any fees. In case the item is out-of-stock, we will refund you the same way that you paid.
